Head over to the OB Performance Club “Where Golf & Performance Meet”: to get today’s tips for optimal Performance on and off the course.

This series of exercises using a kettle bell with build quality strength and coordination for your golf swing. The moves require rhythm (just like golf) and will force you to move with good dynamic patterning.

Have fun with these exercises. Be sure to take them slow at first, and slowly progress as you gain familiarity with each move. Finding a good breathing pattern will help with your coordination and balance during the exercises.
